Crumble brownies and press with your thumbs into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with coconut; Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut and brownies. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool for 15 minutes. Drizzle raspberry preserves over coconut layer; chill for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle with nuts. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over bars. Chill. Cut into bars.
